Amino acid methionine, lysine and vitamin choline: A potential feed supplement to reduce mortality, improve immunity, and health of Bali pigs in the growth phase

Introduction: Balinese piglets, separated from the mother and given traditional feeding, can cause prolonged growth. So, it is necessary to provide feed with a complete formula support growth process. Previous studies reported that piglets fed mixture of yellow corn, pollard, Aminovite, table salt, minerals several formulations metabolized energy (ME)/crude protein (CP) ratio 2800 kcal/kg/12% significantly increased body weight. However, his health status has not been reported, both hematological profile antibody titer. The purpose this study was determine effect amino acid methionine, lysine, choline (Aminovite) on health, profile, titer as immunomodulatory effects.Methods: This used 72 after being mother, divided into four groups 18 each. first group (P0) basic mixtures corn pollard control. second (P1) P0 + 0.5% Aminovite. third (P2) 1.00% fourth (P3) 1.50% Bali are vaccinated Hog Cholera vaccine. Furthermore, 12th day week treatment (aged 80-90 days), examination will be carried out, examined. data were analyzed using One Way Anova test Duncan's Multiple Range Test. p-value <0.05 significant.Result: There no mortality in all groups, but control had high morbidity rate (22.2%) than other groups. Aminovite mixed WBC, total RBC, Hb levels, PCV values compared (p<0.05). also increase neutrophils monocytes reduce lymphocytes (p<0.05).Conclusion: addition supplement piglet improved seen blood Antibody titers resulting vaccination.
